Return Policy

We only accept the product for returning / exchange that with any quality defects / damaged, all products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage. If products have arrived damaged or with any quality defects, please contact us with photos of the related product within 3 days. Please make sure that the original package is intact. 

Exchange Process
For product exchange, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving the products:
  • Send us the related photos via website, email or Facebook.
  • Please pack and return the products with original package via S.F. Express and provide the tracking number to us.
  • The new exchanged item will be sent out once we received the products.

Exchange Shipping Fees
The shipping fees will be borne by RUN, please check "payment on delivery" on the waybill when you return the products.

Reasons for Unacceptable
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns / exchange :
  • Products not meeting the criteria for the terms above
  • Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated 
  • Products with loose threads or crackings due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear
  • Damaged products due to use for longer than service life
  • Damaged products due to improper wash
  • Products with unclean appearance
  • Fake products
  • Products not sold on run-mo.com
