Shipping Methods
- In Macau, we will contact you for arrange the delivery service / self pick-up service within 24 hours* once the orders are paid.
- Other areas, the products will be sent out within 3 working days* once the orders are paid. The products will be delivered by S. F. Express**. We will inform you the shipping details (tracking no.) via email once the products are sent out, you may also check the order record on our website.
* Except Pre-order purchase.
** Notification will be sent via email in case of any shipment delay.
Shipping Rates
- In Macau, orders of HK$300 or above will be delivered for free.
- Other areas, orders of HK$1000 or above will be shipped for free, except the “same-day delivery” service. For orders less than HK$1000, we will charge you the shipping fee.
